Internal network - firewalls, routers, switches are all important. Without that part setup the right way things will not work. VoIP is much more sensitive to delays, congestion and other quirks than most other internet usage and requires specific attention

Equipment - not all voip equipment is created equal... use the right phones, it will prevent a lot of headaches and quite possibly heartache.

Connectivity - proper connectivity must be in place for the volume of calls you intend to make. Clearly a call centre would require a different type of connection from a business making few calls

The right provider. And that would be us! Giving you internet is one thing. Ensuring priority for calls, dealing with latencies, packet loss, etc requires constant monitoring and a full understanding of the importance of it. We do VoIP first and connectivity second, not the other way around!
